MissBleecker’s Guide To Halloween Costumes

Groupstumes & Couplestumes This one's my favorite. It takes dedication to get a group of people together and have them all dress up in corresponding costumes. For those of you who are brave enough to not go it alone, here are some helpful hints. Side Note: Below costumes are also on The NO List, use them as examples not as inspiration. Batman & Robin: Let's say you're best friends and you decide to go as a duo, that's great, but let's remember that there's usually some sort of power hierarchy. Don't let deciding who's going as the sidekick ruin your friendship. The Village People: And if you're brave enough to go in a large group, you've got to make sure you pick a group with just the right amount of people. A word of advice, pick the concept based on the size of your group, not the other way around. You're going to be in a lot of pictures together and who wants the guy you had to get to be the Bear Daddy in all of them if he's not in your social circle all year long? Pimp & Ho: So you're a couple and you want to show everyone your love by dressing alike. (I know it's usually your girlfriend pushing you to be something you don't want to be. I know, buddy, and I'm sorry.) If you're going to be a couple, do something fun like Portia and Ellen or Sid and Nancy, everyone loves a good duo!
